Our aim is to provide children and young people with a hot meal on a regular basis.
The Soupkitchen in Okahandja is a shining example of the power of community.
By providing hot meals and creating a supportive environment for children and young people, Stephan & Sabine Hock, together with Kaunapawa Lourencia Philemon, are making a significant contribution to improving living conditions in Namibia.

  • Ireen Sheer supports the Soupkitchen

    Stephan and Sabine met Ireen Sheer and her husband Klaus during their stay in Germany in mid-June 2025. Ireen and Klaus were already there themselves and were able to get an idea of the situation. Even today, they still have happy children's eyes in their minds' eye and remember the food distribution.
